birthday do-over

My husband’s birthday was this past Tuesday and although it was a sweet and nice day, it felt a bit rushed between all the regular of work and school. We’re calling a do-over because this man deserves more rah-rah! I’ll be trying out a vegetarian pho in addition to pumpkin pie #2. Hopefully, my second attempt at a pumpkin pie will be yummy AND pretty enough to photograph.

Shall report back after the weekend with pix.
