vegetarian meal plans

Our veggie stash is a little low this week so we will turn to the pantry to fill out some meals.  A pasta dinner (or two) will be in order in addition to a good ol’ dressed up bowl of rice and beans.

Migas | Refried Black Beans

Pumpkin Bread
Roasted Chickpeas
Pickled Carrots (from my swap stash)
Raw Beets
Texas Citrus!!
