My love of radishes is real and I do not discriminate against them in any form or color, but the watermelon radish with its mild bite is a perfect topper on anything that is in need of crunch. My favorite is to top it with a bit of confituras chile-lime salt and a squeeze of lime. You can add it to salads, tacos, bowls of beans, posole, or tortilla soup.
