We are over a decade removed from costume antics, but Halloween is always when we kick off his birthday celebrations. Halloween wouldn’t be Halloween ‘round here without his favorite – pumpkin pie! Whole wheat and oat crust with a honey-sweetened filling. Let’s hope the finished product is photo worthy!
