A little over a month ago it was time to switch into a new field notes for my knitting and book tracking and… well… I decided to try something different. Filofax was how I originally fell in love with paper planners. Only parted ways because my new-parent brain left it on the roof of our car as I loaded a fresh little kiddo into the backseat and I didn’t have the heart to replace it.
Still not 100% sure that I’ll make a full switch back to the rings life, but this tiny eBay find has been the perfect re-introduction to the ever so flexible rings life.
Using Pocket Plus/XL inserts – 3.5” x 5″ – and loving this size much more than I expected. Wanna say that this page size probably represents the amount of space that i generally use in my A6! It fits in my knitting bag (aka my house purse) and I was able to trim the back cover of my Jan-Jun Field Notes so that it slides into the back slot.
Will continue playing with this little guy for the remainder of the year and assess whether I can maybe transition my EDC to this size and format.
