Learning new things never gets old and this week I am giving cheese-making a stab. It’s a little strange to be embracing a process that as a kid turned me off to cheese (thanks, Mr Rogers), yet here I am watching with excitement as milk turns to curds stays out at room temp for days to dry and ferment. I am an evolved and changed woman!
