This is a great little cookbook for winter cooking. It is basically my December CSA box. Vegetable-focused sides, salads, mains, and even breakfasts to use up those collards, sweet potatoes, and root veggies. Eat Your Books hasn’t indexed it yet, so a quick list of some of my favorites:
