I set aside my planner for the day and let my mood guide me in the kitchen.
Cleared some leftovers from the fridge by way of lunch and have been ambling about. Fruits of today’s labor include sourdough buns, roasted spaghetti squash (for tomorrow’s meals), roasted cauliflower (for snacking on and bowls), and I have some desi chana simmering in the slow cooker. I am currently eyeing the two pie pumpkins sitting out on the counter, but may be too tired to take that on today.
