Salads for lunch

Started with a Tenderheart recipe that we layered additional ingredients into and ended with this beautiful salad for lunch today:

  • Romaine
  • Roasted broccoli
  • Flageolet beans
  • Boiled egg
  • Feta
  • Creamy buttermilk dressing

He, brilliantly suggested the addition of some lemon and it was so so nice. Next time, we’ll toss the flageolets in a little lemon and olive oil ahead of adding them to the plate.
