Two months left in the year and I am just about done cooking through my first bulk purchase of soybeans. 13 lbs and 6 months is how long it took me to get my tofu *just* right and pretty darn firm for homemade tofu. It is scrumptious and not sure that I am ever going back to store-bought blocks.
Next on this journey will be a whole lot more tofu blocks, silken tofu, and gonna try some vegetable inclusions and flavors. Shall see how it goes!
