Wrap ’em in foil if you like the skins tender. Leave ’em bare if you like a crispy skin.  Pop ’em in the crockpot and set to high 4 hours. You end up with tender fluffy potatoes come dinner time without fuss or a hot kitchen!

    • Turning the oven on the summer is almost impossible in our house. This little trick saved us. I am stoked to try “baking” other things in the crockpot.
