Went to another glorious food swap last night. I swapped some homemade tortillas, salsa, and peach jam for pecan pesto, canned tomatoes, rosemary-maple walnuts and some PB brownies that are going straight to the office kitchen. The kitchen is running a little bare ahead of my CSA pickup tomorrow, so my swap items are coming in handy. Here’s what I have slotted for the next few days:

I also have a little bit of exploring planned for the week. Hoping to tackle some pumpkin tortillas, a quick bread for the rest of this week’s lunch boxes and some veggie stir fry sauces. 🙂
