Trying out a few more recipes from the Melissa Clark’s book (for lunch) and sticking to some of my staples dinners so I don’t have to fuss with recipes.
M: Frijoles Rancheros + Veggie Fajitas
T: Big Salads + Caci de Pepe
F: Dinner out
P.S. I got my CSA this week and it had beets, turnips, kale, arugula, cilantro, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, fall tomatoes(!!), peppers, jalapeños, and green beans. All that will work it’s way into this week somehow.
