Looking at a beautiful haul with lots of color:
- red cabbage
- kale
- lettuce
- collards
- chioggia beets
- sweet potato
- watermelon radish
- carrots
- spring red onions
- brussel sprouts
Still figuring out how to make the most of it, but I see some salads in there and we desperately need some stews to warm us through this cold snap.
