It seems like a no-brainer, but I have been forgetting to pencil in time for cooking and this is making for a frantic and scattered dinner. So… this is an accountability post and very public note to self: schedule in cooking time.
I’ll be scouring my calendar for the next week or so to find blocks of time that work for advance meal prep and will try to get a handle on how much time I really need ahead of dinner to feel sane.
