in the kitchen this week

 

Had a green-filled CSA box this weekend so going into this first week of April with salads on the mind. The entire family is joining in on a salad-a-day challenge to get us through it all. Also have breakfast on the mind. We’ve been in a taco rut which all in all is not a bad rut to be in, but feeling like a little variety wouldn’t hurt. Thinking I’ll do a separate breakfast post with lots of links before the end of the week. Here’s what I am queuing up salad-wise:

Romaine Salads with Sourdough Croutons and Garlic-Lemon Vinaigrette *
Spinach Salads with Citrus Tahini Miso Dressing
Caesar Salads **
Taco Salads with Homemade Salsa
Side Mixed Green Salads w/Lime Cumin Vinaigrette ***
