Heat indexes have been creeping near 100° the past few days so we have officially switched gears to summer eating. Soups and stews have already been replaced with bowls and I just need the rain to clear for a few days so I can prep an outdoor cooking space. Super excited to have cold treats and beverages back in the meal planning mix, too. Here’s what I have in the brain for the week:
