A couple of weeks into the new year and the first CSA pickup of 2020 looks like this:
Feeling pretty great about how much I cooked this past week in spite of only swinging one home meal on Monday. Also trying to more clearly track where we eat leftovers (LO) so I can get a better sense of how long my cooked meals carry us over into the week.
Kale-quinoa cakes and mustard green pesto getting carried over to this coming week’s meal plan, but everything else ended up made (sometimes in slight variations).
