I have had “make bagels from scratch” on my kitchen bucket list for años! I have, for one reason or another, failed to follow through, but my excuses have officially run out. On Sunday, I will be taking the King Arthur Baking School bagel class! Really looking forward to giving this skill a try from my own kitchen and with my own oven. Many pictures of in-progress bagels to follow, but for now I leave you with pix of my flour delivery. 🙂
