Feeling a little out of sorts today so will spend much of the day busying myself with kitchen prep. Putting stuff up in the freezer, saucing, and prepping lunch portions for the week should do wonders. What I have planned:
- Hummus
- Eggplant veggie burgers for the freezer
- Basil purée
- Veggie chili
- Honey-Vanilla Ice Cream
The more ambitious part of my brain also has waffles and challah bread on the mind. Let’s see if my endurance holds up in this heat!
