It has been an insanely busy couple of months and the only reason we haven’t picked up more pizzas for dinner is because by the time we realize we need a plan it’ll just add too much of a wait time to dinner. So… homemade pizza nights are back. My hope is that we can make this a thing on Fridays and that by making it a thing that it will force me to slow down and actually stop doing all the other things that have been getting in the way of good homemade food lately.
Tonight’s pizzas: Tomato sauce + mushrooms + marinated artichokes + olives + mozz on left. Arugula pesto + mushrooms + mozz on right. Both on homemade sourdough pizza crusts.
