I’ve been in cookie baking mode lately, trying a new-to-me cookie and doing my best to add gluten-free and less-butter options into my rotation. This year’s box:
- Gluten-free soft chocolate chip
- Sweet masa harina
- Peanut butter blossoms
- Whole wheat citrus-iced
- Pumpkin fudge
They’ve all been a hit, but the whole wheat citrus cookies have been my fave – soft, tender and taste like an itty-bitty slice of cake.
