I think we got into a semi-regular pizza habit back when I first started tending a sourdough starter but life and unpredictable routines made a regular night tough. Well, life with one less schedule and both of us working from home is finally simpler and Fridays are for pizza! Needing some predictability and sanity in this age of madness has helped us stick to it.
There is basketball. There are toppings. There are sodas. We even eat in the living room!
Tonight’s pizzas, both on sourdough crusts:
- Kale pesto, canned artichokes, mozzarella, feta
- Tomato sauce, mushrooms, bell peppers, red onions, mozzarella
Taking suggestions for next week but I am feeling like papas and feta may make it into the mix!
