I assessed the fridge, thought about a plan, committed it to virtual paper, did some prep work over the weekend and lookie there… I have a meal plan on semi-schedule. I know how to do this.

Breakfast will consist of our usual suspects this week – breakfast tacos, yogurt & granola, muffins & fruit – and the recent up in temperature means that we’ll be readying our popsicle tools.
This week’s kitchen soundtrack will be a nod to MCA and the Beastie Boys for their everlasting influence on our day-to-day lives. The memories began in the gymnasium with Brass Monkey blasting through Danny’s jam box and most recently involve my 8yo kicking it to Intergalactic in her room. It’s been a lifetime… literally.
