This week has been a bit of whirlwind and next week promises to be much of the same:
Monday – school starts, new employees start
Tuesday – the 9yo turns 10!
Wednesday – lots-o-work
Thursday – more of lots-o-work
Friday – my mama arrives from Mexico (!!!), Labor Day weekend commences
I will spend most of this weekend preparing for all of next week’s shenanigans. I’ve been doing my online recipe browsing a bit early in hopes of getting ahead of it all:
Healthy Vegetable Samosas
Lazy Peach Preserves
Homemade Gnocci with Tomato Basil Sauce
Raw Sweet Potato Salad
Zucchini Tart with Crumbled Sausage and Dijon (must make veggie)
Also have some preserves on the docket for the weekend.
