My commitment wavered this morning, but I think I am back on track. Lunch and dinner went off without a hitch and I am learning more about myself:
- My morning (pre-coffee) urges are hard to overcome.
- I eat faster when I can forego utensils. Meal times are significantly more efficient and much less time consuming.
- A little reassurance goes a long way.

06/21 Dinner – Corn Tortilla, Seitan Sausage, Soyrizo, Vegan Queso, Lettuce & Tomato. Counter Culture.
Also… not sure that I have mentioned that I am doing the HOT vegan taco cleanse. 15 more to go.
