Eating tacos every day is really not that big a deal if you’ve been schmearing refried black beans onto corn tortillas for sustenance since age 5. Eating tacos every day for every meal for seven straight days does take a bit of planning though.

Day one went fabulously in spite of no air conditioning and a pretty raw mood. Bank was not broken. Diet was not severely altered. New favorite spot was revealed.  I even managed to get the rest of the family (him and her) to join me for every meal today. You can follow my taco cleanse throughout the day on twitter and flickr and I am hoping to post my daily progress with recipes and taco tips!

01/21 Breakfast – Whole Wheat Tortilla, Refried Pinto Beans, Skillet Potatoes, Salsa Casera. Homemade.

Tomorrow less beans and more veggies. I can totally do this… only 18 more to go.

  1. Can’t wait to read the rest! Isn’t Veracruz All Natural great? Except I always want it to be Veracruz al natural.
