It’s one of those weeks again. You know… the ones where a full map is required to get from point A to point B to point ZZ.

Monday (full day o’work & meetings, martial arts)
Breakfast – Steel Cut Oats with Peanut Butter, Honey & Cinnamon
Lunch for her – Rice & Broccoli Rolls | Carrots | Half Grapefruit | Kettle Corn
Lunch for us – Leftovers
Dinner – Field Roast Sandwiches | Spinach Salads

Tuesday (full day o’work & meetings, guitar lesson for her)
Breakfast – Yogurt & Granola with Dried Cranberries & Apples
Lunch for her – Ravioli | Roasted Beets | Orange Slices | Coconut-Pecan Granola Bar
Lunch for us – Collard Wraps with Hummus, Brown Rice, Olives & Peppers
Dinner – Baked Potatoes with Broccoli

Wednesday (work from home, guitar recital)
Breakfast – Smoothies | Applesauce Muffins | Eggs
Lunch for her – Rice & Beans | Quesadilla | Mango
Lunch for us – Taco Salads
Dinner – Winging it come Wednesday!

Thursday (Enchanted Rock day trip for her, everything else for me)
Farmer’s Breakfast to fuel everyone’s busy day
Lunch for her – Almond Butter, Banana & Honey Sandwich | Roasted Beets & Carrots | Apple
Lunch for us – Veggie Sandwiches | Roasted Veggies | Fruit
Dinner – Quiche | Grain Salad

Breakfast – Migas
Lunch – Out
Dinner – Out
