We had a busier weekend than expected and the cooler weather triggered all sorts of knitting urges that, unfortunately, were tended to in place of my weekday meal prep. It is going to make for a slightly busier Monday night, but I still think that we can pull off a solid week of homemade meals. Here is what I have tentatively planned:

Saturday – Veggie Dogs and Veggie Sides

Smoothies (lots of different kinds)
Pumpkin Bread
Oatmeal Bread for sandwiches
Carrot Sticks
Fresh Apple Juice
I don’t think it is too ambitious, but I shall have to see how it stacks up against the week. Happy cooking!
