Got our first CSA stash of 2016 yesterday and we are ready to cook up a storm with kale, spinach, chard, romaine lettuce, red leaf lettuce, carrots, beets, fennel, broccoli, parsley, red cabbage, grapefruits and orange. More official meal plan to follow, but I see ingredients for stir-fries and salads and a stromboli and a tomato soup in there already.
