vegetarian meal plan – 1/17/16

The not-so-radical change that I am announcing this week is that I am going to a bi-weekly schedule with my meal plans. I put the most energy and effort into the meal plans that correspond with my CSA pickup (of every other week), so I think this will help everyone that is reading connect the dots a bit better. I’m hoping that this also leaves me a bit more mental space and time for other food-related posts hand recipes throughout the month.

Potato-Chickpea Stew *
Kale Ceaser Salad **
Mixed Greens with Raw Veggies & Mustard Vinaigrette *
Winter Soba Bowl
Crispy Tacos w/ Cabbage Slaw
Braised Fennel Wedges with Saffron and Tomato ***
Spinach Lasagna
Roasted Broccoli Bowl

Roasted Beets
Raw Carrots
Sweet Potato Waffles (for freezer)
Granola Bars
Pickled Carrots
