cooking in season

I have officially hit my annual produce impatience. The kind that only tomatoes and chiles and (yes) zucchini can fix. Soon, right?

This week’s stash: cilantro, chard, bok choi, leeks, kale, spinach, beets, carrots, fennel, spring onions, and salad turnips.
