30athome – day2

 

Beginning this #30athome challenge with my CSA stash completely depleted, so these next four days of meals are going to be mini-miracles pulled together from my pantry, freezer, and a quick trip to the grocery store for a handful of green things. No real meal plan in place, but thought I would share some links to recipes that caught my attention today:
