Nice surprise in today’s CSA box – green tomatoes! This means that my summer tomato haul and preserving afternoons will be here soon, too. Trying to figure out what to do with them besides frying… gratin, pickles, relish, salsa? What do you do with them?
Also came home with beets, carrots, potatoes, lettuce, kale, leeks, broccoli and fennel.
