With the new year comes a new winter season and I am not mad at having to switch up dinner plans now that I have all this beautiful lettuce on hand. Relieved and lucky to have such a fresh bounty especially after the hard freezes we’ve had in Central Texas this past week.

Learning to farm in tricky and unpredictable Texas weather is especially tough and the farm could use some support as they work on reseeding.
