Taking advantage of this little cooking groove that I find myself in and pulling together a very simple and achievable meal plan that is based entirely on what we have on hand. Most of the active cooking will be done by Francie (my dependable electric pressure cooker), because no one wants to stand over a hot stove this week for the hours it would take to tend to beans and risotto and whole grains.
