I’m back and ready for some summer canning! Sorta… i’ll spend the next couple of days visiting some of my recipes and taking stock of my jar and lid stash. Enchilada sauce (freezer), pizza sauce and crushed tomatoes are what come to mind first but let’s see what inspires once I have my tomatoes on hand.
