empty week

So sometimes you sit down to plan the next week and realize that your brain has been split into too many different modes (mama, partner, daughter, worker, maker, commissioner, etc.) and there there just wasn’t any space for the part that meticulously plans out how to make good use of what is in the fridge. There was really just lots of lettuce and root veggies to eat through, so salads and bowls took care of meals without letting too much go to waste.

This week’s goal is to reset for the summer break which we are kinda already moseying into a bit.
