It should be fairly quiet and steady this week, which fits the grey that we’ve begun it with perfectly. Baking and cozy are scheduled into the week, so we’ll have plenty of oven to warm the house.

This time of year is also when I realize how much I’ve neglected my freezer stash. It’s finally cool enough to restock it with vegetable broths, cookie doughs and yummy pestos made from the various greens that come in the CSA box.
