This past week was a total disaster in the home cooked meals department. We picked dinner up three times in a week which means that no one in the house could even muster up a measly breakfast-for-dinner meal. For the record, week three of a new sleep-wake routine is not the point at which your body screams, “Hip-hip hooray.” I was exhausted last week and had to exercise my “NO” to keep my priorities in check.
I keep hearing that 6 weeks is how long it takes to engrain new habits and I am hoping (please, pretty please) that week 4 is where the bennies start trumping the need for mid-afternoon coffee breaks.
