And it has arrived in a manner that oozes Tejas – with watermelons AND pumpkins side-by-side at the market. Still making our way through okra and zucchini and soooooo many peppers, but are starting to get glimpses of the upcoming season in our CSA box. Greens, people! We have bok choi and kale.
There is some promise of “cooler” weather by the end of the week. Crossing fingers.
