Packed her a special Valentine’s Day lunch this morning – heart shaped ravioli, field roast slice, cauliflower, carrots, parmesan popcorn and carefully sectioned grapefruit. It’s a bit lighter than usual, but I suspect there will be lots of celebratory food in her classroom this morning.
Hope you have a great Valentine’s Day with your friends, family and loved ones. Eat yummy stuff together!

Catching up on blog reading and realized this was what I forgot to ask you at coffee! Lunch ideas for veggie kids and where you got the kiddo’s Tiffin? Good to see you!

It was great to see you, too! I’ve been in a rut with her lunches lately, but I try to keep it simple – protein, grain, veggie, fruit + snack. This week I did breakfast for lunch (waffles), bean & potato tacos, leftover caldo de papa, and almond butter-banana-honey sandwich.
You can pick up the tiffins locally at Wheatsville and at to-goware.com. We are about to size up!
