I’m really digging my new approach to the fridge. It’s given me the structure I need to get what we have on hand eaten and enough freedom to take it a day or two at a time. Some of last week’s raw veggies have taken on cooked forms in this week’s Cooked/Prepared List – peppers and onions went into my lentil stew and carrots went into the household’s favorite muffin.

Fresh Mozzarella (!!)
+ Noodles & Pasta in pantry
Does anybody else see the pizza and vegetable lasagna in our future?
