I’m sure it goes without saying, but homemade tortillas make all the difference in the world when making tacos at home. They come together in the time that it takes to simmer and assemble your taco fillings. Totally worth the effort and far cheaper than sustaining a daily breakfast habit at local trailers. I’m partial to the recipe in King Arthur Flour’s Whole Grain Baking for our whole wheat tortillas. Gather your flour, water and oil and hop to it. 😉
P.S. I am in love with my cameras again and I owe it all to Kristin and AFBA‘s gloriously executed AFBA Photocamp. Looking forward to shooting lots more!
I love homemade corn tortillas and it was my very first blog post. If you’d like a guide in making them, check out my link: http://simpleandscrumptious.wordpress.com/2013/05/page/4/
