vegetarian meal plan – may 11, 2014

Our CSA box is finally showing its summer. We have our first zucchini, basil and I nearly did a dance at the market when there was no kale. So over the kale this year. We are celebrating with a bright minestrone, salads and popsicles!

Orange Jam
Orange Juice
Pineapple-Orange-Banana Smoothies/Popsicles

We’re celebrating Mother’s Day in typical laid-back fashion today. French toast, my favorite donuts and a photo scavenger hunt (primary colors) at the farmers’ market today.
