    I love making fridge pickles and also use Kate’s ratios. Anytime I have left over red onion, radishes, cauliflower, or carrots, I’ll make a batch. They are so crisp and divine! I’ve experimented with different vinegars and they’ve all come out great.

      I should really be better about pickling year-round. I do my summer pickling and tend to forget about all those other awesome seasons – cauliflower, carrots, and oh my god… radishes would be awesome!
