2022 will go down in my tomato history as the year that I either persevered in spite of all forces and still managed to put up a summer tomato haul or the year my annual endeavor to preserve a year’s worth of tomatoes during the short span of the Texas summer tomato season comes to an end. Bah!
I will be starting from scratch to source my summer tomatoes. The pandemic broke my bi-weekly market routine so I have to meet everyone all over again and figure out who has large tomato harvests coming up. Will hopefully have a list of farms and markets pulled together that I can share in the coming week or two. Wish me luck!
