it took me a couple of hours to get all the veggies washed, portioned and tucked safely away. we have a well stocked wonder-of-a-fridge: carrots, kohlrabi, beets, butter lettuce (2 heads), frisee, chard, parsley, arugula, fennel, gorgeous green onions… i think that’s it.
salads will be in order as well as a homemade tapenade-base pizza with the lovely fresh arugula.
