Sorry for skipping my meal plan the past few weeks. I had a couple of weeks of throwing meal-planning caution to the wind and then my mama was in town (more on the food we cooked up coming soon) and then the dishwasher went on a downward spiral. Ay, ay, ay! Needless to say, that the kitchen has been quite an unpredictable place as of late. Long overdue meal plan, to stabilize, follows:
