I am not taking on any canning projects this week.
This is the message that I am whispering to myself as I walk past produce at the market this week. No bulk orders. No last-minute whims that end in 15 lbs of… anything. I need to get excited about making dinner again and that is only going to happen if my hands and feet aren’t sore from having canned the night before.
Eat Your Books is helping me get jazzed about all the possibilities that my cookbooks and favorite blogs hold. If you haven’t stumbled upon it yet, it is definitely worth checking out. I finally upgraded from my free account and now have the ability to type in any ingredient into the search engine and out shoots a list of all the recipes that I have at my disposal in my personal cookbook collection. Yowzers! So much better than leafing through each and every one of them!
Shall let you know how my week of making DINNER pans out. Hehe. 😉
